At one of Bad Bunny’s shows early in his career, Diana Dotel, cofounder of MTW, meticulously noticed Bad Bunny and his crew all had on pairs of Adidas. Noticing this authentic admiration for the brand sparked an idea that would bring one of Bad Bunny’s first ever partnerships to life.
Both Bad Bunny & Adidas are rebellious optimists driven by action. With a desire to shape a better future together, they see the world of culture with possibility where others only see the impossible.
With over 5 sneaker releases to date, MTW created the first global partnership for the Latin Artist sensation.

SZA x GREY GOOSE

For the launch of Grey Goose’s new product range “Essences” MTW partnered the brand with SZA for her first deal in the alcohol category.
SZA served as a Creative Consultant, lending her bold and expressive artistry to In Bloom, a one-of-a-kind virtual music experience where she performed new music from her sophomore album live for the first time. The global event was streamed on brand and artist channels, and filmed at Wisdome, an immersive art and music dome park in Los Angeles.
The live-stream brought to life the extraordinary natural and exuberant taste of Grey Goose Essences.
CARÍN LEON x CASHAPP

What better way to connect with Mexican audiences than to make a hit corrido song? In an effort to reach this new audience for Cash App, we partnered with Mexican artist Carin Leon and renowned producer / songwriter Edgar Barrera to create “Por La Familia,” a song about resiliency and pushing forward for the love of our families. F1 driver Checo was also featured in the music video / campaign.

MALUMA x MICHELOB ULTRA

In 2019, MTW created the partnership between Maluma and Michelob Ultra, it started with Maluma starring in the brands Super Bowl Commercial, making him the first spanish speaking artist to do so.
The partnership now consists of various TV commercials, live stream concerts, events, and even a merch collaboration covered by Vogue. The beer brand was able to successfully grow sales by targeting U.S. Latinos audiences.
NICKI MINAJ x PINK FRIDAY NAILS

Identifying the growing press on nail trend, we partnered with Nicki who’s known for her iconic nail style to create her very own press-on nail brand. Launched around the time of her newest album, Pink Friday Nails came to fruition.

Founder
A Latin music executive and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience. From negotiating artist deals to concert production and marketing, Diana has a hands-on approach that has led her to work with the biggest Latin artists in the world. Throughout Diana’s tenure as promoter she has co-produced shows for headline artists such as Ozuna, Bad Bunny, Nicky Jam, Sebastian Yatra, and many more.
Diana Dotel has been featured on multiple Billboard honoree lists such as the 2022 Latin Power Players List, and 2022 Women in Music List. She has also been interviewed and featured by publications such as AdAge, Music Business Worldwide, Pollstar, and more.

Matt Ferrigno is an expert branding executive & entrepreneur with roots in the music industry and gained specific notoriety for broadening hip-hop's commercial appeal through high-profile branding campaigns. Ferrigno’s work has landed him on Billboard’s 40 Under 40, 30 Under 30, and 2018 & 2019 Branding Power Players lists.
Ferrigno previously served as the Vice President of Brand Partnerships at Maverick Artist Management. During his time at Maverick, he forged numerous branding deals for their clients such as Madonna, Miley Cyrus, Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, The Roots and more.
